TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Delivery
All orders from the webshop are shipped via DAO and the shipping cost depends on the delivery method you choose. You can select your preferred method and see the price at checkout.
Shipping prices are:
DAO to pickup location near you: DKK 39
DAO home delivery: DKK 45
Delivery time varies depending on the selected courier, but you can generally expect your package to arrive within 1–3 business days.
If you prefer to pick up your order and avoid shipping costs, you’re more than welcome to do so. In that case, send an email to info@solrigkbh.dk to arrange a pickup time. The product will then be reserved for you. Pickup is available at Amagerbro 2300, Copenhagen S or Østerbrogade 2100, Østerbro (further details will be provided via email).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an order confirmation and tracking information so you can follow your shipment. Payment will only be deducted once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. All products are in stock at our warehouse on Østerbro, Copenhagen.
We are not liable for delays or damages once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
If your item is damaged during delivery, please take a photo of both the package and the product upon arrival, and email it to info@solrigkbh.dk
Order Processing Time
For “ready to ship” products, processing time is 2–3 days (shipping time is in addition).
For “custom made” products, processing time is typically 2–3 weeks. We may contact you via email during the process with updates on the status of your product. Shipping time is additional.
Right of Withdrawal / Returns
You have the right to return or exchange items purchased on the webshop within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day period begins the day the order is delivered to you.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items under Danish law (Section 18, subsection 2, of the Consumer Contracts Act). You are always welcome to contact us during the production process to ensure the correct size, material, and color.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. They must not have been used or worn.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You must notify us of your wish to return an item no later than 14 days after delivery, and we must receive the return within 14 days of your notice.
To initiate a return or exchange, send an email to info@solrigkbh.dk clearly stating your intention to return and whether you want a refund or exchange.
If the item was purchased through a third-party platform (e.g. Tise, Trendsales, Finders Keepers or flea market), the return conditions provided by those platforms apply.
Condition of Returned Items
You are liable for any decrease in the item’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, features, and functioning of the product — similar to how you would try something on in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond that, it is considered used and may have reduced resale value. In such cases, you may receive only a partial or no refund, depending on the item’s condition. The evaluation is made by Solrig.
Warranty
You have a two-year warranty on your item starting from the day you receive it. To make a claim, please email info@solrigkbh.dk with photos of the product and your receipt.
PRIVACY POLICY
Solrig does not sell or share your personal data. Your information is only stored in our customer database. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@solrigkbh.dk
We only collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it during registration or purchase. This includes your name, address, zip code, email, and phone number. The data is used solely to fulfill your order.
Your information is stored by Solrig v/Helene Christensen and will be kept for up to 8 months before being deleted.
Only the owner of Solrig v/Helene Christensen has access to your stored personal information.
When personal information is collected via the website, we ensure your clear consent and that you are informed of what data is being collected and for what purpose.
